This panel depicts a woman wearing a colorful headwrap, caught in the middle of a sneeze or cough. Her eyes are closed, and she covers her mouth and nose with a tissue. Text below reads (in French): "se couvrir le nez et la bouche avec un mouchoir a jeter pour tousser ou eterneur" (translation: cover your nose and mouth with a tissue for coughing and sneezing and throw it away).
