BE SAFE STAY 2M APART
NO GROUPS OVER [obscured] PEOPLE
PLEASE SOCIAL DISTANCE.
The modified version reads,
BE HUMAN STAY AND HAVE A PARTY
WITH GROUPS OVER 25 PEOPLE
PLEASE SOCIALIZE AND HUG YOUR FRIENDS.
It is unclear whether the "25" sticker was added by the government or by the graffiti writer.
